MS Conference UWF District Officers Training

The MS Conference UWF District Officers Training was held on November 04, 2023, at St. Peters UMC, Marion, MS. The event was hosted by the Meridian District UWF and St. Peter UWF. A delicious continental breakfast was provided. Registration began at 9:00-10:00 a.m. Our conference vice president, Kathleen Smith opens the event. The conference spiritual growth coordinator, Mary Hampton- Wise presented a beautiful devotion on unity. Mary Simpson our SEJ representative gave insight on the voting and campaigning for SEJ program directors in April 2024 in Chattanooga. Cynthia Willis, Meridian district president warmly welcomed the ladies. After pulling tickets for door prizes, all of our conference officers and counterparts preceded to their designated rooms for the training session to begin. The training was over at 12pm. We gathered for a group picture and dismissed. There were approximately 50 ladies in attendance. Thanks to the St. Peter’s UWF, Meridian District UWF for hosting this training event and to all who attended.
